Privacy Policy for DocNest
1. Who we are
DocNest is published on Google Play by Heaven miner ("we", "us"). Contact: info@heaven-overseas.com.
2. Information the app handles

| Documents you add | You pick each file with Android's file picker, or send it to DocNest with "Open with" from another app. A copy is kept in the app's private storage so you can read and work with it. The app does not scan your phone's storage. |
| Photos you choose for Image to PDF | Read on your device to build the PDF. If you grant limited photo access, the app sees only the photos you picked. Photos are not uploaded. |
| Pictures taken with Scan | Taken through your phone's camera app and used on the device to build the PDF. They are not uploaded. Take care with identity documents and lock those PDFs with a password. |
| Documents you create or convert | Saved in the app's private storage on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. |
| PDF passwords | Used on the device to lock or unlock the file. They are not stored by us or sent anywhere. We cannot recover a forgotten password. |

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location or the contents of your documents.
3. Permissions

DocNest does not request "All files access" and does not list the files on your phone by itself.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
DocNest is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Google may use the advertising ID and the device information listed above to show ads, limit how often you see them, and measure their performance. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in Android Settings > Google > Ads. Google's policies: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from partner apps. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. The only third party that receives data through the app is Google, for the advertising described in section 4. When you tap Share, Print or Open With, the document goes only to the app or printer you choose.
6. Keeping and deleting your data
Your documents and settings stay on your device until you delete them in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall DocNest. Because we hold no account or server-side data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. For data held by Google, use the Google controls linked above.
7. Children
DocNest is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help.
8. Security
Your documents stay in the app's private storage, protected by Android's app sandbox. You can add a password to any PDF; the file is then encrypted on the device. Ad traffic is sent over encrypted connections by Google's SDK.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data. Write to info@heaven-overseas.com and we will respond.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
