Terms of Use for DocNest
1. Using the app
DocNest lets you read PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text files, and create, convert, split, merge, compress, lock and annotate PDF files. It is provided free of charge with ads. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your documents
You are responsible for the files you add and create. Only use documents and images that you have the right to use. Do not use the app to forge documents, signatures or identity papers, or for anything unlawful.
3. How documents are shown
Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are shown in a simplified form: text, headings, basic formatting, tables and cell grids. Pictures, fonts, charts and exact page layout may not appear. Files in the older .doc, .xls and .ppt formats cannot be opened. Do not rely on the app's view where exact layout matters.
4. Passwords
If you lock a PDF, keep the password safe. It is never sent to us, so we cannot recover it or unlock the file for you.
5. Backups
Documents are stored in the app on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes them. Share or export copies of anything important.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it working well but do not promise it will be error-free or available at all times. To the extent the law allows, Heaven miner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost documents, arising from use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
